Substitutions

Occasionally, substitution of flowers and containers may be necessary to best design your arrangement due to availability in geographical areas. When you place an order with us, you consent to substitutions. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value. The substitution of certain keepsake or licensed items may be necessary during major floral holiday periods due to  availability at the time your order was received.

When you allow substitutions this means the filling florist is allowed to use flowers and containers they have available to them.  The filling florist will make every effort to maintain the size, design and overall color scheme of an arrangement whenever possible..  Substitutions are always done of equal or great value.  In single variety arrangements (all roses, carnations, daisies, etc.) variety takes preference over color.

We always recommend allowing substitutions, especially during busy floral holidays.  By allowing  substitutions, the filling florist is given the ability to use their best products to your benefit.

If you do not wish to allow substitutions, you must advise us in writing when you place your order. If you do not allow substitutions and substitution is necessary, we will attempt to contact you for alternative suggestions.  However, this generally delays delivery.  If we cannot contact you or you do not respond in a timely manner to allow delivery as you requested, we will cancel the order without advance notice to you.
